When US Tool needed a new roof, shutting down operations wasn’t an option. Our team delivered a complete reroofing solution—while the business remained fully operational. The project used Butler’s all-in-one re-roofing system to install a standing seam roof with 9 inches of insulation directly over the existing structure.

Our Solution

‍We used a complex bracket system to support the new roof while navigating the existing structure. Custom trim and sheet lengths ensured a perfect fit and clean finish—eliminating the guesswork that can lead to leaks or long-term issues.
